This quote hung on my refrigerator
for many years.
I looked at it
almost everyday of
my teaching career
to remind me
what I needed to do
to be worthy to teach kiddos!

PS I was often humbled by the power I had with kiddos-
how they tried to look like me with a pencil in their hair,
how they used some of the teacher phrases I used,
how they shared their lives and smiles with me.
I just hope I did right by all them ,
because they made my days so sunny !
