Graphing
is a
Great Way to Build
Community!

Class Graphs
are great for
Kiddos
  1. to practice writing names for an authentic purpose
  2. to have a voice and give an opinion on a topic
  3.  to work with number comparisons of more and less, greater than/less than, quantities

We did some form of graphing everyday--
a sign in
a survey
a question of the day
a thematic unit graph
The kiddos loved participating in the graphing experience

Kiddos Connect
has a great graphing product.

PS So how did we address the competition issue?
We talked about it and modeled the procedure, constantly.
We were active participants--part of the experience.

The more graphing experiences the class does,
the more community you will have with the kiddos.
The more community you have with the kiddos,
the more voices you will hear!
PSS It is an Election Year--do not forget your voice!
